Westwood Development Corporation (WDC) was formed in 1958 in Portland Oregon to focus a team of specialized leaders to do what they know best – development. Today WDC continues this focus, specializing in airport hangar development and commercial retail development, with expertise in complex assemblages of multiple parcels, maneuvering projects through government approval and entitlement challenges, and tailoring design and project management to meet our corporate client needs.
